SETTINGS
Auto switches to phone layout on narrow screens.
Lights work on boards with an LED ring, like the GRANBOARD 3s.
Should say "Ton eighty". Silent on Android? See the tip below.
Auto moves to the next player a few seconds after the third dart, like a bar machine.
If your board doesn't appear in the normal Connect list.
OCHE NIGHT
· Made by
A bar-style scoreboard for electronic dartboards: 01, Cricket (including cut-throat), Around the Clock, Shanghai, Baseball, Gotcha!, Shark Bait, Treasure Hunt, Bull$hit, Assassin, Out Training, Horse Race, High Score, Bermuda Triangle, Hammer Cricket, Target Bull and Tic Tac Toe, with local multiplayer, teams, computer opponents and player stats.
This is a beta. Rules, scoring and the computer opponents are still being tuned, so expect changes.
UNOFFICIAL APP
Oche Night is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Gran Darts or GRANBOARD, or by Arachnid / Bullshooter.
GRANBOARD and Gran Darts are trademarks of their owners. Bullshooter is a trademark of Arachnid. Other names are used only to describe compatibility.
The board connection and light commands use a community-documented Bluetooth protocol, not an official one. A future board firmware update could stop them working.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Board: a GRANBOARD with Bluetooth (tested with the GRANBOARD Dash). You can also score any board by hand with the Board button.
- Browser: Chrome or Edge on Android, Mac, Windows or Chromebook. On iPhone or iPad use the free Bluefy browser; Safari can't connect to Bluetooth devices.
- Address: open the app from an
https:// link (or localhost). Bluetooth is blocked on plain files and inside some previews.
- The board accepts one connection at a time, so close the official app first.
- Announcer silent on an Android tablet? The call-outs use the tablet's own text-to-speech. On Samsung tablets open Settings → General management → Text-to-speech, pick Speech Services by Google as the preferred engine, make sure an English voice is downloaded, and check the media volume. Then use Test announcer in Settings.
- Board lights: on boards with an LED ring (like the GRANBOARD 3s) the app flashes hits, lights the number to aim at, and celebrates wins. Turn them off or test them in About → Settings.
INSTALL AS AN APP
- Android (Chrome): open your Oche Night link, then tap Install app on the New game screen, or Chrome's ⋮ menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
- Mac / Windows (Chrome or Edge): click the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
- iPad / iPhone: add a bookmark in Bluefy. (Safari's Add to Home Screen opens in Safari, which can't use Bluetooth.)
- The installed app opens full screen, works offline after the first visit, and updates itself the next time it opens after a new version is uploaded.
PRIVACY
Oche Night has no accounts, ads or tracking. Player names, settings, stats and game history are saved only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to the app's author or anyone else.
The only outside connection is loading the display fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a normal web request for the font files.
Clearing this browser's site data deletes your stats. Use Stats → Copy stats to keep a backup or move them to another device.
NO WARRANTY
Oche Night is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Scores and stats are for fun; the author isn't responsible for lost data, misreads, or settled bar bets.

The LED light commands follow the community reverse-engineering notes published by Lennart Jerome in GranBoard-with-Autodarts (github.com/Lennart-Jerome/GranBoard-with-Autodarts). No code from that project is included; it allows private and hobby use.
